NEACT is a division of Computer Systems and Methods (CSM) / SoftSource. The company is a minority owned IT Consulting operating in the state of New Jersey since 1984. The business has been family owned and controlled for over 30+ years, which means stability for you and your organization in this quickly changing world of technology. CSM/Softsource has developed great credibility by successfully operating and prospering in this time period without any outside funding or venture capitalists. We have turned down all of those high flying offers and kept a slow and steady approach to business.  This credibility has allowed for a number of partnerships to be created over time and for the organization to become a preferred vendor for many clients.

Our Neact software was developed in conjunction with a local New Jersey Adult School. The director wanted a way to publish their catalog, reduce office overhead in managing the registrations and improve the overall quantity of online registrations. As we developed this solution we thought other schools might need a similar class registration software solution and we made it cloud based for everyone. Our software is developed and maintained in New Jersey and although most of our clients are North East, we now have schools around the country using our software.

Till this day our software is mostly focused on adult and continuing education schools and we take input from those directors on new and useful features to be implemented.
